Returns & Warranty Claims
AT-DSG accepts returns exclusively in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. Returns based on incorrect selection, incompatibility, or change of mind are not accepted.
To initiate a warranty claim, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Defect confirmed by a specialized service center — A formal defect report must be issued by a certified automotive transmission repair facility or an official dealer service department. The diagnosis must confirm that the defect is of manufacturing origin and was not caused by improper installation, mechanical damage, or external factors.
- Dealer-level diagnostic equipment — The inspection must be performed using manufacturer-approved or dealer-grade diagnostic tools (e.g., ODIS, ISTA, DAS, Tech2, or equivalent), and the results must be documented in the report.
- Supporting documentation — The return must be accompanied by: the original purchase invoice, the official defect report with service center stamp and signature, and the part in its original or undamaged packaging.
- Return request timeline — A return request must be submitted to our team within 14 days of receiving the diagnostic conclusion.
Claims without proper documentation, parts showing signs of improper installation, or cases where dealer-level equipment was not used for diagnosis will not be considered.
